In 2010 we are proud to recognize the efforts of financial services technology innovator and online banking pioneer, Tripp Rackley.
The event is on Wednesday, May 12, 2010 starting at 6PM at the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta, 1000 Peachtree Street, NE, Atlanta, Georgia, 30309.
Featured Speakers:
Tripp Rackley is CEO of Firethorn, a mobile banking and payments enabler delivering the first, true mobile consumer wallet solution supported by the nation’s leading financial institutions and wireless carriers. He also serves as chairman of the board for BroadSource, a leading telecom expense management software and services company.
Previously, Tripp was founder and CEO of nFront, Inc., a provider of full-service Internet banking solutions for financial institutions. nFront received Microsoft’s Best Internet Banking Solution recognition and an endorsement from the American Banker’s Association. From 2002 to mid-2005, he also served as entrepreneur-in-residence at Noro-Moseley Partners, a leading southeast venture capital firm.
Additionally, Tripp was the Ernst & Young 2000 Regional Entrepreneur of the Year. He served as chairman of the Technology Association of Georgia in 2003 and was appointed by Georgia Governor Sonny Perdue to serve on the board of directors for the Georgia Technology Authority. Rackley holds an Engineering degree from Georgia Tech, where he serves on several boards and was inducted into its Engineering Hall of Fame.
Cam Lanier is chairman of ITC Holding Company, LLC and Senior Director for Kinetic Ventures. Earlier in his career Cam founded and co-founded multiple successful telecom companies including Interstate Communications (later Telecom*USA), Powertel (now T-Mobile), Mindspring, Knology and InterCall. Cam was recognized as the MIT Enterprise Forum of Atlanta’s Distinguished Entrepreneur in 2006.
