Stephen L. Schilling
Cypress Communications
Stephen L. Schilling has over 20 years of experience in the telecom and data communications industry where he has specialized in turnarounds, start-ups and managing high-growth firms. Prior to Cypress Communications, Mr. Schilling was the founder and President of Netifice Communications, a company he created in 1998 and lead until its merger with MegaPath Networks. Under his leadership, Netifice navigated the turbulent waters of telecom in the early 2000’s to become a thriving, nationally recognized leader and innovator in the IP VPN space.
Before creating Netifice, Mr. Schilling was President and COO of Charter Communications International, and prior to Charter Communications, he held executive positions at GE Capital-ResCom, MFS and RealCom Office Communications.
Mr. Schilling has twice been named to Catalyst Magazine’s Atlanta’s Top 50 Entrepreneurs list. In 2000 he was an Ernst & Young’s Entrepreneur of the Year finalist and in 2004 he was awarded Atlanta Telecom Professionals’ Award for Outstanding Leadership. Mr. Schilling speaks frequently at industry tradeshows and has been published in various trade journals. He earned a B.S. in Administrative Management from Clemson University and an M.B.A. in International Business from Georgia State University.
Scott Lee
Cisco
Scott Lee has performed as a Collaboration Products Specialist for Cisco’s Unified Communication team since 2004. He has over 25 years of experience in voice and data infrastructure. An Atlanta native and Emory graduate his career includes engineering and sales positions with ROLM, IBM and Siemens, focusing on contact center, computer telephony integration and VoIP Internetworking. Scott served as the Vice President of the Faculty Advisory Board for Kaplan University’s School of Technology and Southeast liaison for the Cisco IP Telephony Users Group. He is a frequent speaker at industry events. In addition, after years of community involvement, Scott was recently elected as a City Councilman in nearby Berkeley Lake, Georgia.

Gary White
Director of Global Telecom
The Coca-Cola Company
Gary White has over 25 years of experience in the telecom and data communications industry and is Director of Global Telecommunications for The Coca-Cola Company. Responsibilities include voice, data and video architecture, design, engineering and operations for over 260 locations in 91 countries, with support for hundreds of business partner network connections. Current initiatives include migration of voice systems to SIP, implementation of Telepresence and HD Video Conferencing, and Unified Communications.
Prior to joining Coca-Cola he was Manager of Information Technology for Reebok International, a Senior Manager with Ernst & Young’s Network Strategies practice and Manager of Data Communications for General Dynamics.
Mr. White specializes in converging networks to reduce cost, consolidate services, and optimize performance. He also has experience in global SAP deployments, satellite communications, and developing global applications for research, design and development departments.
He earned a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Texas A&M University, and has spoken at several conferences covering topics such as "Developing Large Networked Applications" at the Software Developer's Conference and "Constructing Client/Server Networks" at Client/Server West.

Michael Burrell

Mr. Burrell brings 25 years of expertise in voice, video, and managed services. His current responsibilities at Orange Business Services include global responsibility for managing the marketing of unified communications and collaboration portfolio, including telepresence.
In 2009, Burrell managed the global launch of Managed Microsoft OCS with Enterprise Telephony supports advanced telephony features within Microsoft applications by integrating Cisco and Avaya IP telephony. According to industry analysts, Orange was "first to market" with this type of packaged service offer.
In 2005, Burrell led a team to launch an Avaya-based IP telephony solution and become the 1st global Avaya Strategic Partner. In 2004, he launched Optimize Telephony Solution based on life cycle approach to IP Telephony. In February 2002, Burrell helped develop and launch of the industry’s first end-to-end IP Telephony solution with global availability. The service received the Frost and Sullivan 2002 Market Engineering Award for Product Innovation.
As a senior manager at BellSouth, Burrell led a team to build a Professional Services practice called Enterprise Network Consulting around network design, performance assessment, and security consulting. In 1998, he helped to plan and launch BellSouth Managed Network Solutions in an alliance with EDS to offer customers managed services for WAN, LAN, and messaging.
During his ten years at MCI, Mr. Burrell provided decision support, market program management and competitive assessment. In 1995, he helped launch MCI’s entry into the ISP business through internet MCI. In 1994, Burrell supported the launch of Concert, MCI global services’ joint venture with British Telecom, contributed to the successful offering of VPN voice and data services to multinational businesses.

Dave Dubois
Senior Product Developer
Qwest Communications
Dave Dubois is a Senior Product Developer for Qwest Communications focusing on Voice over IP (VoIP) Products. Most recently Dave was the developer behind the Qwest iQ SIP Trunk effort which launched in 2009. He has been with Qwest since Jan 2008. Prior to joining Qwest, Dave spent over 20 years in Product Management, Architecture and Development roles in the enterprise infrastructure and equipment industry, developing systems, software and semiconductors.
