Bert DuMars is Vice President E-Business and Interactive Marketing for Newell Rubbermaid (NYSE: NWL) a global marketer of consumer and commercial products that touch the lives of people where they work, live and play.  Mr. DuMars joined Newell Rubbermaid in 2007 and is responsible for directing and coordinating E-Marketing, Ecommerce, Mobile Marketing and Social Media Marketing initiatives for Newell Rubbermaid’s externally-facing online efforts.   He also coordinates and integrates E-Business and E-Marketing efforts between business units, Corporate IT and strategic outsource partners.

Liza ArangoLiza Arango - Lead Online Marketing Manager - Social Media, AT&T

Liza is responsible for leading att.com's social commerce initiatives. Her team is primarily responsible for facilitating customer interactions to amplify business results, creating opportunities for customer conversations to make the highest business impact.

Prior to social media, Liza has held various online marketing roles including online paid media (display and search), rich media execution, email strategy and execution, landing page optimization, and creative strategy and development.

Charles Martignetti - Executive Director, eSerivces and eSuport, AT&T

CJ Martignetti, Executive Director for att.com, leads the business strategy and execution of eService, eSupport, and Social Media Care for AT&T’s consumer business. In this position, he is responsible for managing the online and mobile self-service functionality for AT&T Mobility, Broadband, Access Line, and Video customers. Since joining AT&T in 2009, CJ has helped the organization grow online and mobile servicing while significantly increasing paperless penetration rates. CJ also led the development of a dedicated Social Media Care discipline for AT&T in 2009. In 2010, AT&T jumped 45 spots to be named the #32 social media brand by Vitrue, a leading social media publishing software provider. According to Vitrue, the increase was directly attributed to “AT&T’s quick and smart actions to help their customers achieve great service through social channels…”

Prior to joining AT&T, CJ led the strategy and development of a secure electronic communication solution for customers across 50 countries for Citibank. Additionally, he developed Citibank’s email management practice and led the online delivery to support their credit card business.

 

Craig Gosselin - Chief Marketing Officer, InComm

Craig is currently Chief Marketing Officer at InComm, the largest prepaid products and transaction services company in the world. He has nearly 25 years experience leading marketing teams, sales organizations, and business units. The last 12 have been officer level roles including multiple assignments as Chief Marketing Officer, Chief Sales Officer, and business unit leader with P&L responsibility. Craig’s experience includes corporate, venture capital, and private equity environments and he has served as board advisor for multiple companies. In previous assignments, Craig led a $4B business unit for AT&T, was a Managing Director at Deutsche Bank, and a Senior Vice President at American Express. Craig’s entrepreneurial experience includes helping launch startup Virgin Mobile USA and growing it into a $1B company. Craig also was a member of the management team that successfully sold private equity held Velocita Wireless to Sprint. Craig’s unique expertise lies in building and executing go-to-market programs by applying expertise in strategy, marketing, and sales. In addition to being an experienced public speaker in his field, Craig is currently authoring a book that provides a practical set of frameworks and templates for going-to-market. Craig received a B.S. Electrical Engineering degree from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, his MBA from University of Houston, and taken postgraduate courses at Wharton and Harvard.
