Linda Hughes, President & CEO

Linda Hughes has over 25 years of experience in company operations with extensive experience in business strategy, operational planning, revenue generation, and information technology management. She has worked in a variety of industries including business services, staffing, technology products & services, consumer products, hospitality, healthcare, industrial products, retail and telecommunications.

Some of Linda’s past roles include divisional CIO for The Coca-Cola Company, Vice President of the Technology Practice and CIO for The North Highland Company, an international management and technology consulting firm, and most recently held the position of CIO for AIG Agency Auto. Linda is currently the president and CEO of The Great Ridge Company providing consulting services focused on improving the operational and growth capabilities of small to medium businesses.

Ms. Hughes is a frequent speaker and author on business and technology topics. She has presented at numerous industry conferences as a panelist, individual presenter, and key-note speaker. She is heavily involved in non-profit activities and serves on the board of multiple organizations headquartered in the Atlanta area. She has been interviewed for articles appearing in CIO Magazine, TechRepublic, as well as many local Atlanta magazines and has written articles for publications such as Optimize Magazine.

Ms. Hughes received her Bachelor’s of Industrial Engineering from Georgia Tech.

Tim BellTim Bell, VP IT and CIO
Greenway Medical

Tim Bell joined Greenway in 1998 and has more than 21 years of experience in telecommunications and data networking. Mr. Bell is responsible for the information technology and computer systems that support Greenway’s solutions and services.

Before joining the Company, Mr. Bell served as the Communications Officer for the U. S. Army Aviation and Missile Command, Redstone Arsenal, AL. There he led several military initiatives including service as senior technical adviser to the Commanding General on telecommunications and networking issues and program manager of the U.S. Army Missile Command Counter Drug Management Office supporting law enforcement agencies nationwide.

Mr. Bell is a Microsoft Certified System Engineer and a Microsoft Certified Trainer as well as a Proxima Range Lan II (wireless network) Certified Technician. He received an associate degree in business administration from Albany Junior College in Albany, Georgia

Charlie ChesnuttCharlie Chesnutt, SVP Technology & Process Improvement
Genuine Parts Company

Charlie graduated from the University of Alabama with a BS degree in Accounting with Honors. He started his career with Ernst & Whinney (Ernst & Young) in the E&W Memphis office. Charlie moved into the corporate world after public accounting, gaining hands-on experience in the financial and technology sides of business. His business experience was expanded and molded while working in finance and information systems at Intelligence Systems, Rock-Tenn Company and Anderson Consulting. Charlie earned his MBA from Georgia State University in 1998.

Charlie joined Genuine Parts Company as CFO of EIS, a wholly-owned subsidiary, in 2002. As a member of the Executive team at EIS, he helped rebuild EIS, which had experienced a severe economic downturn in 2001. Charlie became an officer at Genuine Parts Company in August of 2007 as he was elected to the position of Senior Vice President of Technology and Process Improvement. In his role, Charlie is responsible for the Corporate Shared Services team. He is also responsible for driving the GPC IT model from a decentralized model to a shared services model.

Charlie serves on the Board of MUST Ministries, a non-profit organization that provides services to persons in crisis in the greater Atlanta area. MUST services include an emergency shelter, meals, groceries, clothing, job readiness and placement, financial assistance and free health care to its clients. Charlie is a member of the MIS Forum at the University of Alabama. The forum is comprised of IT professionals from industry, government and professional services through out the Southeastern United States. The forum assists the faculty and staff of the MIS department in developing the curriculum for future graduates in MIS from the University of Alabama.

Eric NordonEric Norden, VP, IT

Eric Norden is Vice President of Information Technology at Internap, a provider of intelligent IT Infrastructure solutions. He brings more than 25 years of experience in both application development and technology management and control of complex global computing environments. Prior to joining Internap, Eric was the Group President of Brand Velocity, where he led the firm’s thought leadership in Information Technology. Previously, Eric held a variety of positions during his nearly twenty years at Coca-Cola Enterprises, most recently as Vice President of Business Information Services. In this role, Eric was responsible for all aspects of Information Technology support for domestic and international business units and was accountable for driving results through an organization of over 1,000 associates with an annual operating budget of $260 million. Eric holds a BS degree in Systems Science from the University of West Florida. He also attended Georgia Institute of Technology, College of Management, concentrating in Strategies for E-Business.

John ReedJohn Reed, SVP, Global Technology and Product Solutions

Successful experience in global IT leadership, enterprise architecture, program management, systems integration, software development, business development and technology consulting. Mr. Reed has proven experience in creating transformative IT strategies and leading the delivery of IT solutions that drive strategic implementation and create business advantage. Capable of delivering significant IT cost efficiencies while improving operational readiness and driving increased customer focus. Experienced in global solutions delivered locally and in supporting business development throughout the US and EMEA.

John was named to his current position in 2009. Global Technology and Product Solutions is a global team of more than 500 IT experts leading IT Architecture; IT requirements and design for major projects and new customers initiatives. The group is responsible for advanced R&D product development work as well as the managing First Data's web ecosystems, business intelligence services and workforce collaboration and communications. GT&PS is responsible for defining global data strategy and the evolution of the enterprise data warehouse, MDM and other data access, mining and anlaytics initiatives, including the availability and protection of more than 7Ptybytes of data.
