Stephen Gilkenson is the Founder and President of Gilkenson & Associates, Executive Search Consultants. Gilkenson & Associates works with clients in the telecom, technology, and business services verticals to recruit high performance sales professionals (rain-makers) from the senior sales leader to individual contributors including pre-sales technical professionals and sales operations leaders.

Prior to founding his current venture Stephen was President, CEO, and Co-founder of Savant Group, Savant Group consults with enterprise companies to improve revenue performance and predictability in direct sales, channels, professional services and support.

Stephen also founded Telecom Savant, Inc. a consultancy specializing in the identification, acquisition, and redeployment of non-performing or under-performing telecommunications assets for both carrier and enterprise customers.
