Stephen Gilkenson is the Founder and Managing Director of SavantGroup, Executive Search and Sales Consultants. SavantGroup works with clients in the telecom, technology, and business services verticals to recruit high performance sales professionals (rain-makers) from the senior sales leader to individual contributors including pre and post sales, client facing technical professionals. SavantGroup also leverages their years of experience in sales leadership and doing deal to provide specialized deal coaching to select clients.

 

Stephen also founded Telecom Savant, Inc. a consultancy specializing in the identification, acquisition, and redeployment of non-performing or under-performing telecommunications assets for both carrier and enterprise customers.

 

Prior to Telecom Savant, Stephen was a Sales Director at Alcatel-Lucent where his team sold and delivered communications technology to Tier I, II, and III network service providers.
