Rick is a 28-year veteran in the Enterprise IT & Telecom operations space.  Rick and team have helped streamline IT & Telecom operations through process automation for the largest financial services company and largest retail company in the world.  Today, his team offers solutions based on ‘lessons learned’ through these experiences to all sizes of businesses, regardless of industry.

Prior to founding his most recent company, Kanonix, Rick held executive management positions with Entuition, Remedy Corporation and Siebel Software.
