Mike is the Chief Information Officer for the U.S. business, where he is responsible for the Systems, Network, Computer Operations and Telecommunications areas for the company, as well as the Project Management Office and Product divisions. As such, he is responsible for the company's overall system architecture, major project initiatives and product offerings.
